Principles

Understanding of one another’s core principles provides the foundation of trust upon which Long-Term Relationships are built. As we work together, I would invite and expect you to hold me accountable for these Biblical principles that I intend to follow:

Beneficial and Constructive Actions (1)

  • Although many actions are legal and acceptable in our society, I will strive to undertake only those that are beneficial and constructive.

Justice (2)

  • I intend to take personal responsibility to uphold what is pure, right and true.

Faith (2)

  • I am confident that actions rooted in good character will yield the best outcome, even when I cannot see how.

Complementary Advantage (1)

  • I will pursue a mutually beneficial result in every action, not taking unfair advantage of the power of any skills or knowledge I might possess.

Submission (1)

  • I willingly submit to governing authorities as God’s instruments of protection and direction.

Servant Leadership (1)

  • Through the ethical use of power and authority I will strive to be the type of leader who helps others grow and succeed.
